Description

Tone and sculpt that body, get fit and lose weight in a ladies only group class held in the West Lindfield Community Hall on Wednesday nights 7.30 8.30pm, during school term.

Coach Joe is fully vaccinated and has experience in Fitness, Flexibility, Karate, Practical Self Defence and Boxing. Hes a gentle, quiet man who will encourage you to get the most out of your training.

Fees are $250 for 10 sessions, payable in advance. Miss a class? we'll transfer the fee to the following term.
