Offers Clinical Myotherapy, remedial massage and sports therapy services for musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Murray's love and passion for Myotherapy stems from his abilities to help and understand his clients personal needs. Through gaining a medical history and appropriate assessment a tailored treatment plan is prescribed. His professional hands on deep tissue focuses on pain management, injury prevention and postural correction. Whether it be overcoming acute or chronic pain, stress management or striving for sporting greatness his dynamic skills and clinical approach have been crafted over the years from working with various health clinics, gyms and sporting teams. Murray has worked previously worked with the Melbourne Rebels Rugby Club and is currently with the Hawthorn Football Club.

Murray has completed a Bachelor of Health Science - Clinical Myotherapy from the Southern School of Natural Therapies. He is a full registered member of Institute of Registered Myotherapists Australia (IRMA). Outside of work Murray enjoys everything about health and well-being from being active in strength training, running, cycling, swimming and personal nutrition.

Deep Tissue Massage
Myotherapy consists of deep manual release of soft tissue structures to ease muscular tension taking pressure of joints allowing for improved mobility, function and decreasing pain.

Myofascial Dry- Needling
Dry needling is a safe an effective technique which specifically targets muscular trigger points. By activating the bodies own healing response the introduction of new blood promotes recovery.

Postural Correction
Muscular imbalances in the body are caused by faulty postures most often at work. Education of proper alignment and ergonomic advice helps to correct poor habits to obtain prolonged lasting results.
