The Retreat – Immerse. Restore. Awaken is a 6‑night yoga retreat run by yogafusion in the Noosa Hinterland, Queensland from 24–30 August 2026. It’s designed as a nurturing sanctuary to slow down, step away from daily noise, and reconnect with your body, mind, and inner quiet.

Each day blends movement, reflection, rest, and nourishment with space to breathe, be present, and restore balance. The schedule includes:
• Morning vinyasa yoga to energise and awaken.
• Afternoon flow to build strength and integration.
• Evening restorative yin sessions to unwind and settle into stillness.
• Guided workshops exploring yoga’s physical postures, history, philosophy, and deeper meaning in an open forum format.

The retreat emphasises unhurried days — the pace is gentle, giving you time between sessions to wander, journal, nap, rest, or simply be. Every day is treated as its own practice of presence.

All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are professionally prepared, wholesome, and designed to support vitality and digestion. Dietary needs (plant‑based, gluten‑free, dairy‑free, etc.) are thoughtfully accommodated.

Mid‑retreat, there’s a group outing planned to visit the local Eumundi markets, offering an opportunity to explore the surroundings and connect beyond the structured retreat space.

Facilities include space for connection or solitude, with options such as an onsite steam room and magnesium pool for relaxation.

Rather than an escape, the retreat is framed as a return — to stillness, intention, and inner steadiness. Participants often leave feeling restored, energised, and quietly empowered, with a deeper understanding of their practice, a clearer mind, and a renewed sense of presence for daily life.

Accommodation options and pricing (shared or private rooms), inclusions (e.g., sound healing, daily yoga and workshops, meals, day outing), and booking details are provided on the yogafusion site.
