Stretch therapy is a very effective body stretching system that addresses back, shoulder & neck pain while cultivating flexibility and strength for the whole body.

The techniques used incorporate stretching, contracting, relaxing breathing and re-stretching (more effective than yoga). Stretch therapy is included with most treatments, as appropriate.

Individual Stretch Therapy sessions are available in person and ONLINE for those who appreciate a personal program.

The goal of remedial massage is to reduce pain, increase mobility and relieve stress.
Because every person is unique, a variety of approaches may be used to address individual needs.

Each treatment begins with a consultation and based on my findings, I use a variety of the following techniques to correct the issue.

Deep tissue massage. This approach is slow and penetrates gently and firmly into the deeper layers of body tissue to release pain and tension.

Shiatsu technique uses thumbs, elbows, palms, specific points and sustained pressure to create change and deep relaxation.

Reflexology focuses on pressure points in the feet to affect whole body healing and relaxation.

Emmett Technique incorporates gentle muscle release moves to realign the structure and relax and strengthen muscles of the body.
