Meditation Classes:
2 Classes per week ~ $15 per class ~ Tuesdays 7-8pm, Wednesdays 9.30-10.30am -(morning tea included afterwards)

We will focus on the breath & being mindful whilst listening to guided relaxation and music.
This is a perfect opportunity to learn to rise above the mundane world in search for tranquility, inspiration and enlightenment.
