REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage therapy sessions to speed up injury repair, relax tired muscles, or prepare you for a sporting event. Sessions include deep tissue massage, neural stretching, 'trigger point' therapy, positional release and the like and are conducted by a fully qualified and certified member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia (formerly AAMT) with a sports science background.
Sessions are partly claimable on health insurance (please check with your provider)

PROFESSIONAL PERSONAL TRAINING
One on one or two on one sessions with a degree qualified and accredited fitness professional registered with Physical Activity Australia. Sessions are science based and include weight training and high intensity interval training in the 45-60 minute session and are individualised for each client. A diet and nutrition strategy is supplied to support fat loss in those wanting to reduce their size. Sessions are designed to increase strength, fitness and health and to support a healthy and sustainable fat loss process
