Clare joins Valerie at Healthy Fox Massage as a qualified remedial massage therapist specialiasing in remedial and sports massage as well as Myofascial Cupping. From elite athletes like the Brisbane Broncos and ‘weekend warriors’ to office workers and busy mums, Clare has vast experience in treating all manner of bodies.

Clare adopts a broad range of treatment techniques tailored to her clients’ needs including Myofascial Cupping which she finds to be very effective at releasing tension and trigger points. The quest for improved fitness and health is something which drive these two therapists, both professionally and personally.
