WHO ARE MODERN AYURVEDIC?
Modern Ayurvedic is a contemporary space for Ayurveda centred on authenticity, quality, safety and scientific integrity. Ayurveda is a traditional natural medicine that views internal health as the foundation for wellness, fitness and clear skin.

The Modern Ayurvedic consultancy is lead by an Ayurvedic practitioner and wellness mentor Madeleine Holmes. Madeleine has a special interest in eating disorders, health optimisation and holistic lifestyles.

Madeleine Supported by an Ayurvedic Herbalist and working scientist, Dani Webber.

Madeleine and Dani studied Ayurveda together, both in Adelaide and India, and are accredited members of the Australian Association of Ayurveda (AAA).
